Wife On the Drive, a Ukrainian reality show, to be watched in Latvia and Estonia.
The rights to broadcast the first season were acquired by Viasat (MTG Group) for LNT, TV3, TV6, 3+, KNL2 (Latvia) and TV3, 3+, TV6 (Estonia).
The first international premiere of Wife On the Drive will take place on October 23 at 8 PM local time on air of Yu («Ю»), a Russian TV channel.
Besides, the format made it to TOP 10 finalists of PITCH & PLAY LIVE. This is the first pitching of TV formats organized by CEETV (a leading media platform providing information about television in Central and Eastern Europe) and NATPE (organizer of a major TV event and conference in this region).
The goal of PITCH & PLAY LIVE is to identify and showcase ideas of TV formats from Central and Eastern Europe with international distribution potential.

About the project:
Female drivers are more than just women behind the wheel, they are the stuff of legend: they have been the butt of sexist jokes and a topic of men’s conversation for decades! In our project, we let a man teach his woman the art and craft of driving. Two couples participate in each episode and they have just 3 days to complete the task. The couple that performs best receives an award! The show also focuses on revealing the real feelings and nuances behind the facade of the couple’s relationship that surface under pressure. The audience will witness it all: tears, scandals, expressions of love and tenderness and uninhibited aggression. In a way, the final result will always depend on the strength of the couple's feelings to each other, and we are there to put them to the test!
